Our clients include professional and amateur photographers, architects, designers, retailers, PR companies, web designers and many others; in the UK, Europe and overseas.
We offer two service levels - Home or Professional.
Home Service - your negatives are scanned at 2,000 dpi to industry standard jpg files. Where colours have faded we’ll use our technology to restore colour and saturation. You have the option of applying Digital ICE to reduce dust and scratches.
Professional Service - your negatives are scanned at 4,000 dpi and saved as TIFF files. Digital ICE is included as standard with colour and subject to testing on b&w. The objective of the Professional Service is to deliver a scan as close to the original as possible.
Pricing details.
We use state of the art Nikon scanners for 35mm negatives; medium format negatives are scanned on Epson. Both produce great results. Each scan is done by hand, first we preview the slide and our trained operator examines the image and applies colour adjustment, Digital ICE and colour restoration as required. Our aim is to obtain a scan that’s as accurate a reflection of the original image as possible.

We recommend using Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery. When your project is complete your scanned images (on CD or DVD) are returned, along with your negatives, using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.
